Chief Financial Officer
Paul Neary is chief financial officer (CFO) for United Launch Alliance (ULA). Neary provides leadership financial management and fiduciary responsibilities of the company. Neary oversees financial reporting to ULA’s parent companies – The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Neary is also responsible for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury, Risk Management, Long Range Planning, and Program Planning and Control. Neary also shapes the company’s strategies in order to capture profitable growth.
Neary has more than 29 years of experience in aerospace and has held increasingly responsible executive leadership positions. Prior to joining ULA, Neary was the Ethics and Business Conduct Compliance Officer for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) for The Boeing Company. In this role, Neary was responsible for managing the global ethics program, ensuring effective deployment of ethics controls and initiatives and promoting a compliant and ethical work culture that enabled strong business performance. Prior to the BDS Ethics role, Neary served as the chief financial ofcer for the F/A-18 Program; St. Louis Regional Finance Skill Team leader; director of Corporate Cost Management; and director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Reporting.
Neary holds a bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst College and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Purdue University. He holds the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
