By using ULA ANYWHERE AR you understand and agree that we are providing a means for you to post text, graphics, photos, or other materials (collectively referred to as "Content"), to third party service providers and to share Content publicly. ULA does NOT collect any personal information from users of ULA ANYWHERE AR, to include your email addresses, telephone numbers, or names, unless you contact ULA and provide that information voluntarily.   If you choose not to provide us with personal information, you can still access this application.  In the event you contact ULA regarding ULA ANYWHERE AR, we will collect information such as the time, date, sender, and recipient of the message, for the sole purpose of responding to your message.  

Children’s Privacy
ULA respects the privacy of children under the terms of COPPA. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
