Our employees receive a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation time and holidays.

Rich History

Formed in December 2006, ULA brings together two of the launch industry’s most experienced and successful teams – Atlas and Delta – to provide reliable, cost-efficient space launch services for the U.S. government. Our Atlas and Delta rockets launch a variety of payloads into space including weather, telecommunications, exploratory and national security satellites that protect and improve life on Earth and further our knowledge of the universe.

Diversity and Inclusion

ULA believes we are at our best as a high-performing organization when a variety of people, ideas and perspectives are contributing to identifying opportunities and determining solutions to challenges. We are committed to an inclusive culture where all employees are valued, respected and engaged to bring those ideas and perspectives to the team and our business. At ULA we have a comprehensive strategy to ensure our commitment to diversity and inclusion is part of our normal way of doing things.

Our employees play a vital role in shaping and supporting our diversity and inclusion culture by bringing their backgrounds and viewpoints to the team. Many also participate in employee-led groups including New Employees Boosting ULA (NEBULA), Women in Launch (WIL), Asian and Pacific Islanders Sustaining Cultural Experiences and Networking for Employees (API SCENE), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), American Heritage, and Veterans in Action.
